Rainscreen and facade cladding of all types except render: composite panels, metal cassettes, fibre cement, HPL, Trespa and timber, with the subframe, reveals, soffits and flashings that go with them.
We install rainscreen and facade cladding on new build and refurbishment projects, from the bracket and rail subframe through to the last capping. Everything except render.
The same gangs handle the subframe, insulation, panels and detailing, so there is one point of responsibility for the finish and no gap between trades.
Our process
We survey the substrate and set out the panel module against the drawings, and raise any clash with windows, services or structure before ordering.
Datum lines and panel joints are set out so that joints line through across elevations and around openings.
Brackets and rails are fixed to the structure, levelled and aligned to take the panel system.
Insulation, breather membranes and cavity barriers are installed within the subframe to the specification.
Panels are installed to the agreed module with consistent joints and fixings, whether riveted, screwed or on a secret-fix system.
Window reveals, soffits, cappings and flashings are fitted to close the system and give a clean finish.
Each elevation is inspected, snagged and handed over clean, with protection removed and the area left ready for the next trade.
Why contractors use us
Composite, cassette, fibre cement, HPL, Trespa and timber, on brackets, rails or battens. One contractor for the whole facade package.
Reveals, soffits, balcony pods, cappings and flashings are part of what we do, not an afterthought left for someone else.
Several gangs of 5 to 6 operatives means we can keep up with the scaffold and the programme on larger elevations.
We have overclad occupied office buildings as well as clad new schools, apartments and developments.
