Carded operatives
Every operative holds a current CSCS card, with CPCS where plant is operated, so inductions are straightforward.
Trained supervision
Gangs are run by supervisors who hold SSSTS, the CITB supervisor safety qualification.
Planned lifting operations
Crane supervisor, crane operator and slinger signaller training within the team means panel and material lifts are planned and controlled properly.
First aid on site
Trained first aiders are part of the team, not something we rely on the main contractor for.
